Check permissions in iOS Settings → Apps → ProRes Duo. Return to the app and use the retry action if shown.
Formats and storage
Open the format menu to see supported combinations. Options depend on your device and camera. Check available storage before recording, especially with ProRes.
Find originals in the library or Files → On My iPhone → ProRes Duo → Recordings. Back up files before deleting them or uninstalling the app.
LUTs
Import a .cube file from Files and choose its actual input and output profiles. Supported profiles are HLG / BT.2020 and Rec.709 gamma 2.4. Apple Log LUTs are not currently supported.
LUTs affect the SDR monitoring preview only. They do not alter recorded originals.
Purchases
The app will be free to download with in-app purchases. Prices and content will be shown before purchase. Restore eligible purchases with the same Apple Account. Request Apple transaction refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
