1. Scope
These terms cover ProRes Duo and this website. ProRes Duo records, previews and manages video on compatible iOS devices. Publisher details appear in the Legal Notice.
Apps distributed through the App Store use Apple’s Standard EULA unless a custom licence is specified. These terms supplement that licence and do not replace your statutory rights.
2. Requirements
You need a compatible device, a supported iOS version and sufficient storage. Formats and controls depend on actual device capabilities. iOS requests camera and microphone permissions for the relevant functions. You can change these in Settings. No ProRes Duo account is required in the current version.
3. In-app purchases
The app will be free to download with in-app purchases. The app and Apple’s confirmation screen will show the content, price and any duration or renewal terms before purchase. No specific paid feature or subscription plan is announced on this website.
Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. ProRes Duo does not receive your payment card details. Eligible purchases can be restored using the purchasing Apple Account, according to the purchase type and instructions in the app. Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Applicable consumer rights, including digital-content and withdrawal rights, remain in effect.
4. Content and recordings
You retain your rights to the content you create. You are responsible for permissions to record people, use imported LUTs and share content. Respect privacy, copyright and other third-party rights.
Recordings are stored locally. Sharing is initiated by you. Monitoring LUTs change the preview, not the recorded original. Storage limits, device temperature, system interruptions or errors can interrupt capture. Check your settings and audio, and back up important files before deletion or uninstalling.
5. Service and rights
Features may change and updates may be provided. Uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections. Applicable protections in your country of residence remain available.
6. Privacy and contact
See our Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion. These terms may be updated as the app develops; changes do not remove rights acquired through an existing purchase.
